The 1198 series features DELTA engineered armor, and is specifically designed to fit JEEP JK (2007-2017). Built-in crossbars protect the lighting element. When off-roading the lens may shatter but the armor will protect the bulb, ensuring you won't need to drive home from the fun in the dark.

LEDs do not produce heat output like traditional bulbs. In colder climates the lens may develop frost which may obscure your vision. These headlights are equipped with a thermostat element to activate the heating unit once the temperature goes below 32°F or 0°C.

Lead-crystal glass lens does not oxidize (become hazy or accumulate film) like plastic lenses. Added lead enhances glass strenth. Prismatic lens provides superior photo-metric light distribution. Four-phase finished vacuum metalized steel reflectors improve reflection 4-to-1 next to stock. LED assembly protected by high-density silicone rubber boot with venting to guard against dirt and moisture.
 
These headlights also feature the head-turning City Light mini bulb that can be wired to turn signals, parking, or daytime running lights for added flavor. (Mini wire harness not included).

This set features built in halos for the DRL Light.

LED unit is dual function Hi/Lo Beam. Produces 4,000 lumens of light power at 6,000 kelvin color temperature. Rated for 22,000 operating hours at 25 watts and only 2-amp draw.
