The LED unit in these headlights functions as a dual Hi-Lo beam, providing versatile lighting options. With a color temperature of 6,000 Kelvin, they produce an impressive 4,000 lumens of light power. Rated for an operating lifespan of 22,000 hours, these headlights consume only 25 watts of power and have a minimal draw of 2 Amps. MADE IN THE USA.
 
The 1179 Series of headlights features a classic domed (convex) lens, making them perfect for classic restoration and hot-rod vehicles. The prismatic glass lens does not oxidize, become hazy, or accumulate film like plastic lenses do. Moreover, the prismatic lens ensures superior photo-metric light distribution. The vacuum metalized steel reflectors with 4-step finish process, improve reflection by a factor of 4 to 1. The LED assembly is protected by a high-density silicone rubber boot with venting, guarding against dirt and moisture.
